Absolute contraindications in dental implants
- Severe irregular sinus irregularities.
- Sinus mucosal function loss or scar due to trauma or surgery before
Radiotherapy of head and neck irradiation over 45 Gy
Chronic sinusitis with or without polyps (polyps that interfere with epithelial transfer of hairy tissue) and does not respond to internal or external treatment.
- Signs of systemic granulomatosis, such as granulomatosis, Wegener granuloma
- Sarcoidosis
Benign benign but progressive lesions such as ameloplasma, myoma, desmoplastic fibroma, inverted papilloma,
Acute, primary or metastatic neoplasia originated from epithelial, connective tissue or teeth (eg, squamous cell carcinoma, esthesioneuroblastoma, adenoid cystic carcinoma, sarcoma). This is a tumor requiring extensive cutting when treated should permanently remove the mucus transfer function.

Contraindications in the mouth:
- Poor oral hygiene or lack of oral hygiene or maintenance of good oral hygiene.
- Periodontal disease adjacent to untreated.
- Adversarial bite or not enough space for restoration.
Severe functional impairment (grinding teeth)
- Fulminant mucosal disease (desquamative mucosal disease, erosive lichen planus)
- Severe xerotomia
Generic contraindications during surgery
- Use chemotherapy at the time of sinus lift
Radiation therapy
- Alcohol or drugs
- smoke a lot
- Physical and mental impairment - Patients do not cooperate
