GINGIVITIS

Gingivitis is one of the most common diseases. However, many people do not know what gum disease is and how to recognize and overcome. Just before too late.

WHAT IS GINGIVITIS?

Acute or chronic inflammation of the gingiva may be due to the effects of poor oral hygiene and other local irritants. There is a generalized or localized alteration of the gingival color varying from shades of coral pink with bluish tinge (cyanosis) to bright red. In some instances, the inflammatory reaction is limited to the free gingival margin and is referred to as marginal gingivitis. Some degree of gingival enlargement may be present but it is not exaggerated. The depth of the gingival crevice may be somewhat increased.

Pain is not a common feature, but bleeding on slight pressure is common. Bleeding occurs as the result of small ulceration in the wall of the crevice and is a significiant factor in the detection of gingivitis in patients who complaint of patients with early gingival disease and, therefore, should be considered an important complaint. Soft debris, material alba, calculus, food impaction, overhanging margins and other irritants are present.

CAUSES OF GINGIVITIS

Poor diet and improper oral hygiene will lead to plaque build-up. Plaque is the main cause of gingivitis.

Long plaques build up and become tartar. These "ugly guests" will cling to the gums, causing them to become swollen and bleed when there is any impact factor.

Plaque cannot be easily eliminated by brushing the teeth normally, which will increasingly cling to the crown and gums, making the condition worse.

SYMPTOMS OF GINGIVITIS

You can realize what gum disease is caused by the following symptoms:

  • The gums are red or swollen
  • The gums between the gum and the pus
  • Breath of unpleasant odor
  • When brushing or flossing, there are signs of bleeding
  • The gums are lower than the original position on the root
  • Pus in the root of the tooth

When you notice these symptoms, you should go to I-DENT Dental Implant Center to find out the specific treatment.

TREATMENT OF GINGIVITIS

Teeth technology is based on oscillation between frequencies. These fluctuations will affect the components in the tartar and disintegrate them. Absolutely does not affect the gums and bleed as usual.

In particular, the ultrasonic wavelengths also produce color energy that hunts the enamel and tooth root, stimulates collagen growth in teeth whitening cells to fill themselves to fill tiny holes on the plaque surface.

After that, polishing will help increase the smoothness of the teeth and help to prolong the reconditioning time of teeth.
