Dentures are divided into two categories: removable dentures and fixed dentures.
Removable dentures:
Include a jaw base to help denture attach to the oral mucosa and adjacent teeth. The dentures are implanted on the jaw base. The jaw base can be made of hard plastic, plastic or cast steel. Full dentures function:
Helps replace all missing teeth on the jaw and is snug fit, holding the gums and supporting bone below.
The total function is divided into two types:
• Hard plastic implant function.
• Biosoft plastic denture function.
With implant supported dentures
This is similar to the usual full denture function. Unlike conventional implant, it is mounted on implants, which allows the denture to be firmer while chewing.

How to clean the removable jaw?
After each meal, remove the denture, clean and cleanse the gums twice a day.
Clean dentures with a soft brush with soap that does not contain dentures.
Do not use strong detergents such as bleach to clean the denture because it is easy to dent dentures.
Remove the denture at night and soak in a glass of water, so use the drug to soak the jaw.
While cleansing the denture, place it on a soft cloth or dipped in water, in case you accidentally drop a jaw.
