Not all babies are born with teeth in the abdomen that have the first teeth shaping and a firm enough gum base. Only 1 in 2,000 babies are born with teeth.
After birth, the process of teething is as follows:
From 6th to 10th month: The first tooth, usually the incisors in the lower jaw.
From 8th to 12th month: Expose the incisors in the upper jaw. And boys tend to teethe later than girls.
From 9th to 13th month: The teeth next to the incisors appear, also in the upper jaw.
From 10th to 16th month: The teeth appear next to the front teeth, located in the lower jaw.
From 13th to 19th month: The first molar teeth appear in the upper jaw.
 From 14th to 18th month The molar teeth begin to grow in the lower jaw. This is the time when babies begin to use their teeth to chew, especially chewing gum.
From 16th to 22nd month: canines begin to grow in the upper jaw.
From 16th to 22nd month: canines begin to grow in the upper jaw.

So in about two years, she has completed her teeth with 20 teeth.
Replacement:
6 to 7 years old: baby starts to fall off and replaces the first tooth, usually the front teeth in the lower jaw.
7 to 8 years old: the teeth fall in accordance with the rule "grow before the fall before". Causes of loss are due to the teeth beneath the gum hardened in the same position pushed.
9 to 13 years old: After the old teeth are gone, the bigger, harder new teeth will be replaced.
14 to 23 years old: The baby's entire teeth will have 28 permanent teeth. At this age, even the most hardened teeth will grow up to perfect teeth 32 perfect, beautiful.
