Immediate chewing force: after getting the implants, the implants are allowed to bear immediate chewing force within 2 weeks from the started day placed implant.
Early chewing force: Implant is chewed for 2 weeks to 3 months after implant placement.
Immediate loading on implants will not action functional: restorations in patients with partial denture loss within 2 weeks after implant placement without direct chewing.
Immediate restoration does not function: Restoration of Implant in a patient with partial loss of teeth within 2 weeks of placement of the Implant without direct chewing.
Chewing force: Chewing force for restoration on Implant more than 3 months after implant placement.
Wang and his colleagues recently published the definition of immediate loading on implant based on the consensus reached at the International Symposium of Dental Implants organized in Naples, Italy, in May 2006. Definition: Immediate force can be interpreted as dental implant technique in which implant restorations supported by implant are attached and chewed within 48 hours after implant surgery.
Under this definition should not be defined bearing implants immediately for all modes of clinical primarily to achieve aesthetic Instant "immediate Esthetics" or not bearing the "non-functional loading" with features its restoration has no exposure to chew.
